Common sense dictates that in the long run, going light with a pack that has no suspension burns more energy than gained by ounces saved.  The Exos Series incorporates a ventilated suspension built for comfort with super light weight.  The result is a highly specialized pack built for day long to multi-week adventures.

  • Modified AirSpeed Suspension with 6061-T6 aluminum frame and tensioned breathable mesh backpanel with side ventilation
  • BioStretch harness and hipbelt feature mesh covered slotted foam for breathability and comfort

The Exos 46 is the ultimate thru hike and super lightweight backpack, thanks to their AirSpeedSuspension, which teams a 6061-T6 Aluminum frame with a 3D tensioned mesh backpanel, and side crescent ventilation. The AirSpeed suspension works in tandem with the supportive and ventilated Bio-Stretch harness and hipbelt for fit and comfort unheard of in a one kilo pack.

  • Single vertical zippered front pocket
  • Single tool attachment

Features

Hydration The Exos features an internal sewn-in backpanel sleeve with clip attachment to accommodate up to three liters of hydration. At the top of both sides of the pack you will find H20 icons marking the routing points for your hydration tube.
InsideOut Compression - Step 1 Dual side mesh pockets with InsideOut compression allow you to tension and secure your load easily when the pockets are in use. Locate the small duckbill buckle just above the mesh side pocket and use your forefinger to pull up as you pull the webbing down.

InsideOut Compression - Step 2
Thread this webbing through the sewn in eyelet beside the side pocket on the front panel of the pack to free completely. You can now route the webbing for inner or outer compression by threading through the eyelet as it is positioned inside or outside of the side pocket.

Over Skirt Compression Strap
An integral adjustable over skirt compression strap extends from the front stretch woven pocket for carrying bulky gear.

Stow-on-the-Go Trekking Pole Attachment - Step 1
Pull bungee cord at left bottom edge of pack and insert poles.

Stow-on-the-Go Trekking Pole Attachment - Step 2
Pull left harness bungee over pole handles and tighten.

Stow-on-the-Go Trekking Pole Attachment - Step 3
Poles are tucked away leaving both hands free for climbing.

Top Pocket Removal - Step 1
To remove the top pocket, release each compression strap and flip back the top pocket.  Locate the slider buckle by the grab handle near the top of the pack’s backpanel and thread the webbing that connects the top pocket through the buckle.

Top Pocket Removal - Step 2
On each corner of the top pocket find the connecting 7MM nylon webbing. Place your forefinger under the webbing pulling up while using your thumb to provide downward pressure on the small duckbill buckle
directly below. Pull webbing through the sewn-in router loop and buckle to release.

Exos 58 featuers two vertical zippered front pockets for easy access storage, while the Exos 46 features a single vertical zippered front pocket.
