Osprey have taken all the features of Osprey's previous BioForm hipbelt and brought them into the world of custom heating moulding. The BioForm CM hipbelt still features Osprey's Ergopull closure that draws tension along top and the bottom of the belt with split support wings. Additionally, the hip pads are still thermoformed for a fit that is comfortable right off the shelf. But now, Osprey have sourced new foam technology for the hip pads to allow in-store custom heat moulding.

Gender specific pads create more differentiation; mens belts have normal cant, women’s belts have more cant and a shorter profile.
