Q: They slide down in my shoes; can I do something to hold them in place?
A: You can use Velcro dots under the heel on the bottom of the product. Place the hook portion of the dot in the shoe and the loop portion of the dot on the bottom of the 3/4 Easy-Fit device. If you purchase a number of Velcro dots, you can set up all of your footwear to accommodate the same pair of Superfeet. However, you may find it easier and more economical to buy multiple pairs of Superfeet for your different shoes.
You can also use double-sided tape underneath the heel portion of the product. If you choose to use double-sided tape, Superfeet recommends you buy more than one pair of 3/4 Easy-Fit; the double-sided tape will generally last for one application.

Q: Why isn't there a top cover on the Easy-Fit?
A: The Men's 3/4 Easy-Fit dress product is produced from a liquid plastic that's injected into a mould. Therefore, a top cover material such as leather, would have to be hand laminated on top of the product after it came out of the mould. Applying the top cover material is labour intensive and would be cost prohibitive to the product.
We only sell from our stock which is ready to ship, all orders are treated as Priority and get the fastest delivery to the destination. In the UK this means next working day for orders received by noon.
