The Trangia burner is an ingenious original product. Many have tried to copy it, but nobody has completely succeeded. Sold here as a complete unit so great as a spare or replacement if yours got left in a field somewhere!
The silent burner has a simple, durable and safe design and it is easy to light. It takes up little space and weighs less than a gas burner. The simmer ring is used to regulate the heat, which saves fuel and is used to extinguish the flame. Burns methylated spirits, which is cheap, safe and readily available.
