A warm, low-bulk quarter-zip jacket made of soft, sweater-knit recycled polyester fleece. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn.

Featuring a sweater-knit exterior and a soft fleece interior, the much-loved Better Sweater® 1/4-Zip is an easy-wearing, moisture-wicking, hip-length pullover that provides bulk-free comfort and warmth for whatever activities you’re checking off the list.

Built from 10-oz 100% recycled polyester fleece dyed with a low-impact process that significantly reduces the use of dyestuffs, energy, and water compared to conventional dyeing methods, it has flat-seam construction to reduce bulk and chafe.

A zip garage on the stand-up collar provides next-to-skin softness, raglan sleeves allow greater mobility and back seams create a classic silhouette. The collar, cuffs, and hem are trimmed with shape-holding, abrasion-resistant micro-polyester jersey, and a zippered left-chest pocket secures keys and cash.

It’s also Fair Trade Certified™ sewn, which means the people who made it earned a premium for their labour.

By their nature, knitted garments are prone to Pilling, and this style is no exception. Removing pills can help lengthen the life of your Patagonia sweater, plus it’s easy to do with a sweater stone.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour Service and, for some items, the premium DPD service in the UK. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not DPD or Royal Mail working days.

We will inform you by email when your goods are out for delivery, and the message will contain a link to allow you to track your consignment via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Predict service. If you provide a Mobile number, you should also receive an SMS text message.

United Kingdom

We deliver to all countries within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Orders placed by noon on a working day (Mon-Fri) should be delivered by the end of the following working day in the UK. Please be aware sometimes factors beyond our control can delay delivery and next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take an extra day, so we ask customers to please allow 2-4 working days from the day of order to avoid any disappointment.

Notwithstanding this, we only sell from our stock which is ready to ship, all orders are treated as priority and get the fastest delivery possible, and we don't charge extra for this. In the UK, this means next working day for orders received by noon.
