How to work out your size for Gloves

To get the perfect fitting glove, please follow these simple steps:

Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles in inches (your left if you are left handed and your right if you are right handed)

The size that you measure in inches, is your glove size, so if you measure 9 inches, you will need a medium glove

Please remember that if the gloves are too tight on your hands they may make your hands feel cold, so if in doubt go up a size!

How to determine the right size Ski Pole for you.

A correctly selected ski pole size is fundamental to successful and enjoyable skiing. A badly fitting ski pole can disrupt your skiing stance and it can also compromise your enjoyment and safety. We have provided two guide lines below for your own reference when deciding your Ski Pole size. You can follow the simple steps in the flow chart to establish your size or alternatively use the chart underneath to find the suggested pole length for your height.

How to measure yourself

1. Stand with your arms at your sides and hold your elbows at a 90 degree angle.

2. Make sure that your upper arms are touching your sides and that your lower arms are held out in front of you as if you were actually holding ski poles.

3. Make a fist as if you were gripping imaginary ski poles. Please ensure that your lower arms are parallel to the floor by checking your stance in a mirror.

4. Get a friend to measure the distance from the top of your thumb to the floor or alternatively lightly mark the spot where the top of your thumb is on a wall with a pencil or a piece of tape and then measure from that mark to the floor.

5. The measurement that you come up with is used to ascertain the length of your ski poles. It is important to add five centimetres (two inches) to this length considering the combination of your ski boots and skis will make you slightly taller.
