You can return a product for a full refund or exchange within 28 days.

The return process is simple. All you need to do is fill out the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. On that form, it has our return address and instructions. The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition, along with its original labels and the return/exchange form filled in describing the reason for return.
Please ensure your order number is written on your return/exchange form, so we can identify your return.

We do not cover the cost of return postage. We recommend sending it back to us via a Royal Mail Tracked service to guarantee safe delivery, they should also supply you with a tracking receipt.

Faulty Items

Its in-mould construction keeps weight to a minimum, while the active ventilation system — featuring 8 adjustable vents, goggle vents, and air extractor channels — ensures outstanding airflow and temperature control all day long. For safety, it combines MIPS technology with AVID Progressive EPS to deliver advanced impact protection where it matters most. The Click-To-Fit system allows for quick and precise adjustments, giving you a secure, personalised fit every time.

Finished with a soft fleece lining and 3D earpads, the ATMOS MIPS offers exceptional comfort, warmth, and performance in an ultra-light, modern design. The adjustable ventilation system is easy to use and enables you to control the amount of air coming into your helmet. The Click-To-Fit system allows you to fine-tune the fit of your helmet easily and quickly, with a rubberised adjustment wheel that lets you tighten or loosen the helmet effortlessly, even with your gloves on.

The Mips safety system is a low-friction layer inside the helmet. Generally located between the padding and the EPS foam protective layer, it allows a multi-directional movement of 10-15 mm on certain angled impacts, intended to help reduce rotational force to the head.
