Men's Tops
For tops and jackets, chest measurement is generally the best indicator of size. If your hip measurement falls into a larger size, consider choosing the size indicated by your hips.

Men's Fit Guide
Patagonia uses four main fit categories across its men's clothing range.
Formfitting Designed to closely follow the contours of the body.
Slim Fit A closer-fitting cut. Technical styles can generally be worn over baselayers and lightweight midlayers.
Regular Fit Neither particularly slim nor oversized. Technical styles can generally accommodate heavier midlayers.
Relaxed Fit Designed to drape more loosely around the body.
How to Measure
1. Arm Length Bend your elbow and measure from the centre back of your neck, across the elbow and down to your wrist.
2. Chest Measure around your chest just below the armpits.
3. Waist Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
4. Hips Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
