The Mountain 600 Evo combines the heritage styling of the Mountain 600, one of Danner's best-loved hiking boots, with trusted, premium components to create a boot with the stability and support you need for long-distance walking.
A waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX liner keeps feet dry on long, rainy days on the trail. A TPU shank distributes weight evenly underfoot and provides stability over rugged terrain while allowing your foot to feel the benefits of the Vibram SPE midsole's rebound and cushioning.

Full-Grain Leather Upper
To ensure its quality, Danner puts their leather through six different tests before making their selection. These full-grain leathers are the strongest and most durable form of leather.
Waterproof GORE-TEX
100% waterproof and breathable, GORE-TEX liners ensure that no water gets in, while allowing sweat and moisture to get out.
GORE-TEX
Waterproof meets future-proof, combining outdoor performance and environmental responsibility. These liners use 45% post-consumer recycled materials to achieve the 100% waterproof yet breathable performance you expect from a GORE-TEX liner.
Two Lace Options
Because you can never have too many laces, this pair comes with both round and flat laces.
Removable OrthoLite ECO Footed
Three layers of varying density are combined for maximum cushioning and support. This foot bed is constructed from recycled rubber and Bio-Oil for better heat dissipation and air circulation.
Vibram® SPE Midsole
This rubberised EVA midsole maintains the same cushioning properties as traditional EVA, but is more durable and won’t break down as easily. This technology enhances rebound, comfort, and support.
Vibram® Fuga Traction Outsole
With its self-adapting lugs and specially formulated Megagrip compound, this outsole provides incredible grip on both wet and dry surfaces. Vibram® Traction Lug technology increases the outsole's surface area for greater traction.
Recycled Materials
In addition to the recycled materials found in the liner and foot bed, this style also features a collar and liner made from 100% recycled textiles.

Designed for versatility, the DPDX has a low profile for everyday wear. Whether on the trail or urban exploring, this last was built to offer enough room for comfort while maintaining a sleek profile. Ortholite foot bed included. Fit is true to size and displayed in UK sizing.

These boots are built to explore, and Danner aim to keep them doing just that. That’s why Danner designed them to be recraftable — because after years of adventure and countless miles, even a well-built boot will likely need resoling or reconditioning.

We are a UK company based in Stevenage for over 45 years. All items shown 'in stock' are in stock, in the UK and ready for processing and dispatch with no extra charges, duties, or import tax. The price you see is the price you pay.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour Service and, for some items, the premium DPD service in the UK. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not DPD or Royal Mail working days.
We will inform you by email when your goods are out for delivery, and the message will contain a link to allow you to track your consignment via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Predict service. If you provide a Mobile number, you should also receive an SMS text message.
United Kingdom
We deliver to all countries within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Orders placed by noon on a working day (Mon-Fri) should be delivered by the end of the following working day in the UK. Please be aware sometimes factors beyond our control can delay delivery and next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take an extra day, so we ask customers to please allow 2-4 working days from the day of order to avoid any disappointment.
Notwithstanding this, we only sell from our stock which is ready to ship, all orders are treated as priority and get the fastest delivery possible, and we don't charge extra for this. In the UK, this means next working day for orders received by noon.
Channel Islands
