We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Service and the premium DPD service in the UK . Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not DPD or Royal Mail working days.
We will inform you by email when your goods are out for delivery and the message will contain a link to allow you to track your consignment via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Predict service. If you provide a Mobile number, you should also receive an SMS text message.
We deliver to all countries within the United Kingdom including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Orders placed by noon on a working day (Mon-Fri) should be delivered by the end of the following working day in the UK. Please be aware sometimes factors beyond our control can delay delivery and next-day delivery can not be guaranteed.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take an extra day, so we ask customers to please allow 2-4 working days from the day of order to avoid any disappointment.
Notwithstanding this, we only sell from our stock which is ready to ship, all orders are treated as Priority and get the fastest delivery possible and we don't charge extra for this. In the UK this means next working day for orders received by noon.
If you wish to order for delivery to the Channel Islands, please place your order as normal. Your basket total will display the full VAT inclusive amount and after we have charged your card, we will then immediately perform a separate refund for the VAT percentage.
Please note that we are unable to ship any items which dimensions exceed (600mm x 450mm x 450mm) to the Channel Islands.
European Union and International Destinations
We do not deliver to destinations outside the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You can return a product for a full refund or exchange within 28 days.
The returns process is really simple. All you need to do is fill out the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. On that form it has our return address and instructions. The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition along with its packaging, original labels, a copy of the original receipt and the return/exchange form filled in describing the reason for return.
We do not cover the cost of returns postage. We recommend sending it back to us via a Royal Mail Tracked service (usually an orange label) to guarantee safe delivery, they should also supply you with a tracking receipt. Please note that it is currently of no value to pay for a 'Signed for' service as due to social distancing measures no parcels can be signed for upon receipt.
Please note we will only refund the original card used, Countryside does not provide cash refunds unless you purchased by cash in store.
For hygiene reasons Countryside is not able to accept underwear garments for refund or exchange unless they have not been worn
Please be aware that due to COVID-19, in order to protect staff all parcels are quarantined for 24 hours after arrival. So there will be a slight delay in processing returns.
In the event that an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us. Where a product is found to be faulty we will exchange the item or provide a full refund.
