Returns Information

You can return a product for a full refund or exchange within 28 days.

The return process is simple. All you need to do is fill out the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. On that form, it has our return address and instructions. The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition along with its original labels and the return/exchange form filled in describing the reason for return. Please ensure your order number is written on your return/exchange form, so we can identify your return.

We do not cover the cost of return postage. We recommend sending it back to us via a Royal Mail Tracked service to guarantee safe delivery, they should also supply you with a tracking receipt.

Please note we will only refund the original card used, Countryside does not provide cash refunds unless you purchased by cash in store.

For hygiene reasons, Countryside cannot accept underwear garments for refund or exchange unless they have not been worn.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us, at our cost. Where a product is found to be faulty, we will exchange the item or provide a full refund.
